Our fees from September 2011 are as follows:

If your child is eligible for a funded place and attends for longer than the funded session, additional session fees are payable.

Children who are eligible for a free nursery education place will be advised the term before they become eligible.  Each child is eligible to receive up to a maximum of 15 hours per week, payable for 38 out of 39 term time weeks. 

The additional session fees (if any) for children eligible for a free nursery education place, are calculated over three terms (i.e. autumn, spring and summer).  Your child’s fees will be calculated at the beginning of each term and broken down into weekly, monthly or half termly amounts payable, regardless of sickness, outings etc, depending on the parents needs/ requirements. 

The un-funded week is charged at the normal daily rate and is calculated into your notification of fees payable.

Children are eligible to claim the free entitlement for up to two years from the accounting period after their third birthday.  The accounting periods are:

1^st April to 31^st August, 1^st September to 31^st December and 1^st January to 31^st March.

A deposit of £50.00 is taken on registration and is refundable if four weeks notice of leaving is given.  Once your child has started, full fees must be paid weekly, monthly or termly in advance, whether your child attends of not (e.g. due to sickness).  Failure to do so will jeopardise your child’s place at the Nursery School. 

Four weeks notice is required if you wish your child to leave and fees are payable for this period.

We prefer payment by debit card (free), or credit card (2% surcharge), although we will accept occasional payment by cheque, supported by a valid cheque guarantee card or cash. 

If a cheque is returned to us, unpaid by the bank, a charge of £5.00 will be made to cover the administration costs levied by the bank.
